A little care goes a long way. Our resources are built to last - and with the right upkeep, they'll delight children for years to come.
Why Care Matters
Many of our products are made from natural materials like wood, wicker, and felt. These materials are beautiful, sustainable, and robust. But they do need a little love now and then.
Looking after your resources keeps them safe, strong, and looking their best. It also protects your guarantee. Most of our wooden products carry a 2-year anti-rot guarantee, as long as you follow our care instructions.
Getting Started
Unpack rustic and wooden items within 24 hours of delivery. This lets the wood breathe and settle in.
All wooden structures should be built on a firm, stable, and well-drained base.
Check self-assembly items against the packing list before you start building. Spotted something missing? Let us know within 7 days.
Natural Variation, Not Faults
Wood, wicker, and other natural materials vary in grain, colour, and texture. No two pieces are exactly alike.
You might notice small splits, bark shedding, or gentle colour changes over time. These are part of what makes your product unique - and they won't affect how it works.
A Quick Tip
Follow the care notes closely to keep your guarantee valid. Fair wear and tear, misuse, or wilful damage aren't covered.
